This is a high intensity full body workout that focuses on core stability, muscle strengthening, balance, flexibility and meditation. Your instructor will lead you through an adapted or modified workout if required. This head to toe workout is the next step up for anyone aiming to increase their fitness level.
A valid membership at York West Active Living Centre is required.
